Colin qualified as a workplace mediator in 2006 while working for Vodafone as a senior manager within their Quality Team. Colin has worked as a fulltime mediator and trainer since 2008. In 2010 Colin set up Changing Pathways limited which allows him to work for several mediation providers, including Oxford Mediation. Colin is a member of the Civil Mediation Council.
Colin focuses on disputes in the workplace where relationships have broken down and people need to find a new way of working together. These can be either 2 party or team mediations.

Colin has many years experience working in one of the UK's most successful blue chip companies. It was here that Colin found the real value of being able to use the skills of the mediator while managing large and diverse teams. Colin passionately believes all people managers should be trained in the basics of mediation. Colin has developed several courses aimed at managers to help them develop the confidence and skills to manage conflict constructively.
